To update the Bridge Screen Parameters, please do the following:
Connect the Bridge to the internet.
Open Chrome and enter the following internet address: https://bridge.amobilepayment.com
Click the "Get the Bridge Diagnostics App" and download the app
Install the app by going to the App Menu > File Explorer > Downloads > Install the Diagnostic App
Open the Bridge Diagnostics app.
On the right side, you can see the Display Configuration.
Select the drop down to select your Bridge type.
Select apply and the Bridge will restart in a few seconds.
Once the Bridge is done restarting, please check if the screen is displaying correctly. Please contact AMP Support if there are any issues.
